This is the latest version of microsoft office. I recommend you the portable version because it is very easy to install o all your devices.
With office 2013 you can take your office settings wherever you are, just sign in in your office app (ex: word 2013) the the settings from your desktop`s office will be set there.
Also there is a pretty significant speed increase and office apps start-up.
